          Our client, an internationally active provider of IT and back-office services and catering to the BFSI industry is currently on the lookout for multiple PMO Analyst(s) for immediate placement in Bangalore.

          Role Description

          The role of PMO Analyst is to support the Business change team to build, deliver and manage specific PMO services for the global Project Portfolio.

          This function to drive projects and benefits management consistency across the organizations project portfolio which underpin the organizations Growth Strategy.

          Your Responsibilities

          • Support project portfolio prioritization and intake of new projects
          • Designing and producing regular Project/ Program portfolio updates and Board level reports that support effective decision making
          • Own and continuously improve Global Projects Portal as a central repository for all Change Projects
          • Administration of risks and issues.
          • Project metrics reporting and project finance management reporting
          • Facilitation of internal and external meetings.
          • Assist Project Sponsors, Project Managers, and teams to build business cases and project briefs
          • Managing a lessons learned repository
          • Managing time writing for business change projects
          • Support PMO on capacity planning
          • Support PMO on streamlining project initiation process
          • Develop project process map
          • Liaise with new PMO lead
          • Maintain the Project List for the current year

          About you

          • Experience of working within a structured project management framework. Our ideal candidate will have:
          • Holding a Bachelor’s degree
          • Carry experience working in a management consulting or an internal change function
          • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
          • Have gained experience of program co-ordination / administration and / or experience of managing small to medium size projects
          • Must possess excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level, tailoring messages appropriately.
