Our employee strength is 300+ Pan India and have executed 800 + projects so far and deployed our products to multiple BFSI clients. Our large enterprise applications and products are in Full Stack Java, Dot Net, PHP, Cloud, RPA and more... Notice Period : Immediate Must Have Prerequisites: Technology Agnostic, BFSI experience is desired Desired Profile The incumbent will be responsible for enabling successful products/software solutions for the customers in the following areas: Extensive experience in IT consulting services, focused on Enterprise Solutions, Strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena. Expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client. Have the technical expertise to be recognized by our customers, prospects and partners Knowledge of market insight and competitor intelligence. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development and go-to-market strategies Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations on at least 4 end-end implementation projects as lead architect / solution architect BFSI experience in defining enterprise architecture solutions for large clients will be a plus. Sound technical background with the aptitude to articulate the solution to clients and present the technical value proposition that effectively serves their business. Ability to influence CXO level stakeholders. Be technology agnostic and have an understanding of the current emerging technologies in the field and generate work for the company in those technologies. Effective Technical Account Management of assigned accounts Work with the business development team through effective technical Sales engagements, both in pre-sales and post sales The Role Working closely with the technical and sales teams, he/she will be responsible for enabling successful products/software solutions for the customers To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution Design and present compelling technical solution to customer’s needs Convince the clients with effective product Presentations & Demonstrations focusing not only on the technical aspect but also on the value that our company brings to the customer Proposal making, Respond to RFP, Bid management Help Sales team by effective Technical Sales engagements, both in presales and post sales, train them to pitch to the right market/prospects. Define Practice strategy for financial year including revenue, Utilization and margin. Able to communicate clearly, write well, and be able to articulate complicated ideas to customer. Thrives on and abreast with emerging technologies to effectively providing solutions for different business challenges. Other qualifications Any Technical Graduation degree. Have 8 to 12 years of aggregated experience in enterprise software, software development, IT consulting, and / or management consulting and some experience as Pre-Sales lead / Architect. Experience in Tech Sales/Technical account Management for BFSI customers is an added advantage. Excel at solving tough problems by leveraging technology, collaborating with people, and re-engineering processes Have sound technical knowledge especially in application architecture, software development and tools Understand the IT application development ecosystem, systems integrators, service providers, and the IT organization Ability to present and establish value and business proposition to large groups and senior client executives through technical presentations, demonstrations & proof of concepts Exposure in getting new clients on board; domestic & international Communicate clearly, write well, and can explain complicated ideas to customers
